Privacy Policy — Pocket Case Pro

Pocket Case Pro (“the App”) is developed by YeeHaw IT & Webb AB (“we”, “us”).

This Privacy Policy explains what information the App processes, how it is stored, and what choices you have.

1. Information You Provide

Pocket Case Pro is a productivity app for creating and managing tickets and licenses. The App processes information you enter, such as:

Tickets

  • Ticket number, subject, description

  • Company name, email address (if entered)

  • Status, priority, technician name

  • Dates and internal notes

Licenses

  • License name, vendor, company name

  • Expiration date, next invoice date

  • Invoice status and notes

Pocket Case Pro does not require you to create an account with us.

2. Where Your Data Is Stored

Pocket Case Pro does not operate its own servers.

Your data is stored using Apple services and/or locally on your device:

  • On your device (local app storage)

  • In your iCloud Drive (if iCloud Backup is enabled)

  • In Apple CloudKit (if you use sharing / organization features)

All cloud storage and sharing is handled through Apple’s iCloud infrastructure.

3. Sharing and Collaboration (CloudKit)

Pocket Case Pro includes optional sharing features that allow you to invite other people into a shared organization using an invite link.

If you enable sharing:

  • Tickets stored in the shared organization may be visible to invited participants.

  • The organization owner can revoke access at any time.

  • Sharing is managed through Apple CloudKit.

4. Backups, Export, and Import

Pocket Case Pro supports:

  • Local backup

  • iCloud backup (optional)

  • Exporting and importing JSON backup files

Exported files are saved to locations you choose (for example Files/iCloud Drive). Once exported, you are responsible for how you store or share those files.

5. Permissions

Pocket Case Pro may request access to certain device features:

Contacts (Optional)

The App may request Contacts access to support sharing-related flows.

  • We do not upload your contacts to our own servers.

  • You can deny Contacts access and still use the App.

6. Payments (Current and Future)

Pocket Case Pro is currently free to use.

In the future, the App may introduce paid features, subscriptions, or one-time purchases. Any payments would be processed by Apple through the App Store.

We do not receive or store your payment card information.

7. Analytics and Tracking

Pocket Case Pro does not use third-party advertising trackers.

If analytics or crash reporting is added in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

You control your data.

  • You can delete tickets and licenses inside the App.

  • You can delete exported backup files from the Files app.

  • If you uninstall the App, local data stored on the device is removed.

  • If you have shared organization data in iCloud/CloudKit, it remains until removed by the organization owner.

9. Your Rights (GDPR / EU Users)

If you are located in the EU/EEA, you have rights under GDPR, including:

  • The right to access your personal data

  • The right to request deletion

  • The right to withdraw consent (for example, Contacts permission)

Because Pocket Case Pro stores data primarily in your iCloud account, the simplest way to delete all data is to remove it from within the App and/or delete iCloud data associated with the App.
