How the Application Processes Data
Mom-to-Be Manager is designed so that Yeehaw AB does not store user-entered personal information on its own servers.

If you use features in the Application, including Mom-to-Be Companion, your input may be processed temporarily only to provide the feature you requested. Yeehaw AB does not retain that content after processing is completed, unless retention is required by law.

Yeehaw AB does not use user data to train AI models.

Mom-to-Be Manager and Mom-to-Be Companion are not regulated medical devices, not medical assistants, and not substitutes for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Mom-to-Be Companion is a general in-app support feature intended to provide guidance, information, and help with using the Application.

If you have symptoms, medical concerns, worsening conditions, or need urgent help, you should contact a qualified healthcare professional or emergency services.

Legal Basis for Processing
Where data is processed, it is processed only as necessary to provide the requested functionality of the Application.

The legal bases may include:
– Performance of a contract under GDPR Article 6(1)(b), to provide the features requested by the user
– Legitimate interests under GDPR Article 6(1)(f), to maintain the security, reliability, and functionality of the Application
– Consent under GDPR Article 6(1)(a), where required for optional permissions such as microphone access

Data Sharing
To provide certain features, limited data may be transmitted temporarily to technical infrastructure or AI service providers acting on behalf of the Application.

Such processing is only carried out as necessary to provide the requested feature.

Yeehaw AB does not sell personal data and does not share personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Data Retention
Yeehaw AB does not store user-entered personal information on its own servers.

Where data is processed temporarily to provide app functionality, it is not retained by Yeehaw AB after the requested operation is completed, unless retention is required by law.

International Transfers and Regional Processing
The Application allows the user to choose processing region settings for certain AI features.

Users may choose U.S. servers or Europe servers. If the user selects Europe servers, processing for supported features is routed to European infrastructure. If the user selects U.S. servers, processing may occur in the United States.

If technical service providers process data outside the European Economic Area (EEA), appropriate legal safeguards are used where required by applicable law, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent protections.

Security
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect data during transmission and processing.

However, no method of electronic transmission or processing can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
